eBay asks all members to supply a valid physical address and telephone number. They don’t disclose this info to any third parties outside the eBay site, although they will supply appropriate personal data to other eBay users on their request.
You can access eBay contact page by clicking Contact Us on the Help Page. Select a topic, subtopic, and specific issue, and then click Continue.
